This 10-day winter event is designed to showcase the heart of our community, our locally owned shops and restaurants, while giving residents and visitors the perfect reason to venture out, explore, and shake off the cabin fever.
During Retail & Restaurant Days, participating boutiques, specialty shops, cafes, and restaurants will offer exclusive shopping deals, seasonal menu specials, and limited-time promotions. From cozy coffee shops and gourmet dining to unique retail experiences, guests can enjoy the best of downtown Troy while supporting the small businesses that help make our community thrive.
“Winter can feel long in Ohio, and this event gives people a fun reason to get out of the house and enjoy our beautiful downtown,” says Amy Breinich, Executive Director of Troy Main Street. “Our local businesses work hard to create special offerings, and we’re excited to welcome people to shop small, dine local, and enjoy the charm of Troy.”
Whether you're grabbing a warm drink with a friend, browsing new arrivals at your favorite boutique, or trying a seasonal dish from a local restaurant, Retail & Restaurant Days offer something for everyone.

Downtown Troy
The EmpowHER event began in 2019 to celebrate International Women's Day and to empower women leaders in business. EmpowHER 2026 will take place Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Arbogast Performing Arts Center in Troy, Ohio. The 2026 conference theme, “Power of Connections,” explores how meaningful connection—to oneself, mindset, body, others, and personal and professional growth—shapes leadership, wellbeing, and success.

The Troy Strawberry Festival, held annually, is a celebration of community, culture, and of course, strawberries! This family-friendly event features a variety of activities, including live entertainment, a car cruise, 5K run and an incredible selection of food, all highlighted by the star of the show—fresh strawberries in every form imaginable. Whether you're indulging in strawberry shortcake, jam, or donuts, the festival offers something for everyone. With its small-town charm and vibrant atmosphere, the Troy Strawberry Festival is the perfect way to kick off the summer season with friends and family.

Celebrating Miami County’s rich agricultural heritage, the Miami County Fair is a timeless tradition that provides a little bit of country for visitors each and every year. This great family favorite consists of a week of competitions, food, entertainment, harness racing, art exhibits, midway rides and much, much more! There is virtually something for everyone to see, enjoy and experience when visiting the Miami County Fair.
